MORE™ Original Series: “Points Were Made” (A Blavity Co-production)

Blavity, Inc. partnered with tbs/TNT/truTV's MORE Initiative to bring this cultural experience to the small screen for all to enjoy. Points Were Made is a series that highlights some of the most popular and exciting games adopted by the Culture. Each episode brings together some of today’s most relevant Black artists, influencers and entertainers for laughs, cultural conversation and friendly competition. It’s the game night that says MORE.

Points Were Made logo comes in several variations to accommodate different scenarios.

Creative Treatment

Naming, Logo, and Branding

The logo features a speech bubble with a vibrant gradient to match the MORE brand style. The sporty bold typeface is very legible and visible on set. The name “Points Were Made” makes a play on wording as the show has guests playing games, but it’s also highly conversational. Guests raise interesting points, while scoring points.

Creative Treatment

Set graphics, lighting and design

The set is dark, but features colorful lighting to match branding. On the walls, there is branding, including the full and abbreviated logo. Game play zones include branding as well for macro shots. Guests were lit in warm white lighting to bring focus and provide rich skin tones.
